Randy has 26 years of experience with Hall & Hall, both in their Denver and North Platte offices, originating long-term agricultural real estate loans and providing agricultural appraisals. Randy is a graduate of South Dakota State University. He is an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA), and a certified general appraiser in Nebraska, Colorado and South Dakota. In addition, Randy carries a real estate broker’s license in Nebraska and Colorado. Prior to his employment with Hall & Hall, Randy spent over ten years with Travelers Insurance Company originating loans and managing property. Randy and his wife, Linda, reside in North Platte.

Becca Moss grew up on a grain and cattle farm in west central Illinois. She received her Master’s Degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in Meat Science. She was employed by Cargill’s fresh beef division for several years, and then moved to the North Platte area. She most recently has worked as a payroll administrator for the Wilkinson Companies, who own hotels, convenience stores and restaurants. Becca is an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She is married to Shawn, and along with their two boys live on an acreage south of North Platte.
