Casey has a wide array of agricultural experience. He spent eight years in the crop insurance industry as an adjuster and auditor. Prior to that he worked as a sprayer operator for a co-op and was an agronomy intern as he worked his way through college. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an Agronomy major along with an Ag Business emphasis.
He graduated from high school in Sargent, NE where he grew up helping on his Grandpa’s farm with row crop, and hay as well as cattle and horses.
Casey spent four years as a crop adjuster where he helped farmers with their crop insurance claims, utilizing his expertise in wind and greensnap claims. He was also an auditor for four years. In this role, he helped agents, adjusters, and insureds with policy related questions as well as helping the adjusters ensure they followed proper procedures when working multi-peril claims. Casey also held the responsibility of being the Regional Drone Manager for the central region, as well as the Drone Equipment Manager for the nation. In this role, he spent time flying drones, training operators, and managing a drone inventory of 90+ drones.
Casey covers a territory that is predominantly south and east of Lincoln, NE. He and his wife Bailey have two young boys who are just getting started in sports and activities. Everything Casey has done in life is tied to agriculture in some way or another. His passion lies in helping landowners and farmers alike understand the incredible things the agricultural world has to offer.
